・Budgeting & planning improvement of ICT structure

・Design & arrange ICT infrastructure

・Procure, check, maintain & control of ICT peripherals

・Maintenance, review & upgrade of website from time to time

・Support & control organization portal site related to education & office administration

・Design, maintain & improve the various required and related in-house software system of organization

・Contact and maintain technical support team of organization contractors when deem necessary

・Provide first hand support on daily troubleshooting of PC & peripherals or contact technical contractors when deemed necessary

・ Any ad-hoc tasks given by HOD.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Good at communication in Japanese (speaking & Writing)

✓Familiar with Computer related matters

✓Able to support Japanese staff's PC issues using Japanese Language
