General Job Summary

 Drive and manage company to achieve goals and targets set.
 Manage the financial affairs of the company to increase profitability.
 Set policies, procedures and strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
 Continuously train, coach and motivate staff to outperform & put in place succession.
 Continuous reengineering work processes to improve efficiency & productivity.
 Implement appropriate controls & compliance / audit measures to enhance governance & risk management.
 Ensure company interest are protected and managed appropriately at all times.

(2) Duties and Responsibilities

 Ensure daily operations are run efficiently and accordance to company policies.
 Cultivate positive and discipline work culture to drive and accelerate performance to meet company’s overall target.
 Guide and motivate staff to comply with company procedures, policies and discipline.
 Approve applications, disposal of vehicles and operating expenses within approved authorized limits.
 Execute legal and statutory documents in the capacity as authorized signer.
 Approved payment of bills to vendors and company’s operational expenses.
 Signer of cheques and banking related documents within approved limits.
 Ensure efficient monitoring of receivables and company’s fleet of vehicles and assets.

(3) Ad-Hoc Duties
 Any other ad hoc matters or assignment given by Directors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field.

✓Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Auto leasing department

✓Good command in English (written and spoken)

✓Have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.

✓Effective communicator who is capable of building strong relationships, ability to foster positive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

✓Proficient in MS Office applications
