Japanese Native Sales Coordinator

1. Interpretation & translation in Japanese/ English

2. Meeting minutes preparation　

3. Update and upkeep document

4. Coordination & correspondence with Japan any related issue　

5. Prepare SOP, Job Instruction, Japan HQ standard plant’s format, Engineering documents, etc　

6. Attend meeting and factory tour with auditors/ visitors or customers　

7. Assist Japanese expatriate if any issue　

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor Degree in any field

✓ Good interpersonal skill　

✓ Able to work independently

✓ Candidate must speak well in Japanese language, obtain at least JLPT N2 and above.
