・Well communicate and hard work closely with distributor's sales person to develop a long-term relationship with customer.

・Maintain contact with clients (store base) in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.

・Fully understand company's vision, goal and make sure the sales activities are same direction with sales management stategies / decision.

・Augments merchandisers performance by providing guidance and solutions to improve sales efficiency and also to fulfill customer needs at store level.

Satisfy customer's needs and request, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

・Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.

・Good communicate and deliver correct message and also company's direction to customer to make sure customer's planning are same with company decision.

・Sensitive in market trend and changes, inform to sales management timely.

・Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ FMCG experience is important

✓ 5 years or more experience is required

✓ 3 years or more experience is acceptable if he/she worked in Major FMCG company

✓ Good Communication & Writing English & BM

✓ Basic computer skills (Power Points, Excel, word), Logical thinking Skill, Communication skill (Phone & Email), Negotiation Skill, Problem solving skill

✓ (if Possible) Japanese & Mandarin
