a. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, payroll administration, union, and facilities management.
b. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
c. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Primary responsibility for employee relations, labor relations and administration of employee engagement in accordance with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
• Maintain satisfactory labor-management relations through a variety of techniques such as quarterly meeting.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook.
• Develop and support management/employee consultation processes.
• Manage pay and benefits.
• Ensuring highest standards of payroll administration.
• To provide end-to-end administration service for all employment matters.
• Monitor end-to-end recruitment process.
• Provide an HR service of advice and training to managers and employees.
• Access training needs to apply and monitor training program.
• Advise and support managers with employee relations issues handling performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy.
• To monitoring and reporting for all relevant Safety & Health issues.
• Evaluates, or reviews performance evaluation of, all department employees.
• Effectively recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary and commentary actions of all assigned personnel.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Handling / manage any related issue with government bodies, such as Labor Office, and other agencies.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the superior within the defined scope as above and competencies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Knowledge of HR related federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
✓ People oriented and results driven.
✓ Knowledge of HR system and database.
✓ Excellent in active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✓ In-depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
✓ Master / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Studies/ Management or equivalent.
✓ Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
