·To arrange, identify and research for new customer contact & detail from any source

·To provide documentation such as shipping document, invoice catalogues. Etc as per customer request.

·To follow up & chase for payment matter after invoices issues

·Update data entry for newsletter & online marketing event

·Data collection such as competitor info / market research collected by sales team

·Catalogue arrangement in office

·Attend customer who call office (Receive information then to sales team)

·Marketing to our business growth through gathering information on market trends to requirement and competitor's activities.

Prepare quotation PO / DO and documentation

Support sales team for customer enquiry.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Self-starter / Team worker / Honesty / Discipline / Communication skill

✓Diploma in any major.

✓Valid driver’s license and own your car for work.

✓2+ years of working experience in factory production automation machinery.
