・To establish close relationships with customers and potential customers by constant communication to explain market trends, to propose efficient logistics and financial schemes and to provide various trouble solutions, negotiation of term and conditions, pricing and finalizing deals to optimize revenue growth.

・To develop new products / field with appropriate strategies from marketing research and analysis, visiting customers etc.

・To identify customers' needs and consumption, competitors' activities, and constantly improve/ sustain market share.

・To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

・To achieve individual and Company sales target.

・To ensure timely payment collection from customers

・To manage and coaching the team/subordinates.

・Proactive in solution solving skill

・To handle some other ad-hoc project assign by Company.

・To follow compliance and company rules.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

✓Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

✓The ability to work independently, self-motivated, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

✓Well-versed in foreign trade, both import and export.

✓Preferably specializing in Plastic industry and has business connection and experiences in Petrochemicals, Distributors, Compounder, or Plastic processing companies / manufacturers

✓At least 2-3 years of working experience in Plastic industry.

✓Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas.
