・Always pursue the optimal operation of factory equipment (molding machines, compressors, blowers, various inspection equipment, etc.)

・To take appropriate maintenance and countermeasures to correct problems in the event of a problem.

・To improve the product yield rate and have an appropriate cost mindset. Put efforts to maximize profits.

・Proactively make proposals that contribute to the improvement of product quality.

・Maintain a high level of awareness of the maintenance and improvement of safety and health in the factory at all times.

・Exchange opinions on the improvement of factory equipment with the Japan HQ engineering department as appropriate, and submit improvement requests to the relevant manufacturers and contractors as necessary.

・Always be aware of being a member of the organization, value team play, and build flexible and smooth relationships with superiors, colleagues, and business partners within the company.

・To report, contact, and consult with superiors.

・Strictly comply with internal rules and business hours.

・Provide advice and coaching to inexperienced and inexperienced staff as appropriate.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree or Diploma Mechanical engineering

✓Fresh graduate may apply.

✓Prefer 3 years' experience of factory maintenance, trouble shooting

✓Language: BM (Native level), English (Business Level)

✓General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation
