•Plan and manage all resources, including manpower, physical assets, and capacities, in accordance
with overall company guidelines and operating principles to achieve department goals and objectives aligned with the company's short and long-term business plans.

Responsible for total production management, including achievement performance in production yield, quality, inventory, costs, lead time conformance, safety, and housekeeping.

Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as needed and collaborate closely with the planning section to develop a production schedule that ensures exceptional customer service through on-time completion of production plans and deliveries.

Initiate improvement actions to reduce in-process abnormalities and continually enhance yield and productivity.

Ensure effective implementation of countermeasures to prevent the recurrence of abnormalities, keeping FMEA and control plans updated.

Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting key abnormalities and variances

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)

✓ Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturer of chemical product/ plastic for semiconductorindustry.

✓ Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets in production yield, quality, inventory, costs, and lead time conformance.

✓ Strong organizational and planning skills.

✓ Analytical skills to monitor production processes and implement improvements.

✓ Proactive in initiating improvement actions and solving production-related challenges
