• Coordinate the export/import shipping schedule.
• Oversee the inventory reports (maintain stock of sales).
• Liaise with forwarders on the air and ocean cargo and inland transportation.
• Issue purchase orders, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
• Contact customers and suppliers.
• Well-versed in taxes, duty, and customs related to import & export tariff codes and try to minimize the expenditures involved.
• Updates the shipping schedule accordingly and arrange for the delivery schedule
• Conduct monthly stock checks in the absence of the Sales Coordinator.

Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management System and shall:

a) Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001;
b) Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
c) Report on the performance of the quality management system and opportunities for
improvement in particular to top management.
d) Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organizations; and
e) Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is planned and implemented.
f) Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent qualification in the related field.

Minimum three (3) years of working experience the in related field.

Preferably with some knowledge of shipping documentation.

Understanding some customer regulations and forwarding terms.

Able to supervise subordinates.

Able to work independently.

Computer literate.
