• Design and implement a comprehensive quality framework tailored to the Japan regional business requirements, with a focus on ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
• Ensure that quality processes are effectively integrated into the IT infrastructure services lifecycle.
• Lead and guide Six Sigma initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply Six Sigma principles in the context of Japan regional business operations.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify and address issues affecting service quality. • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall quality performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate quality goals, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a robust quality governance framework specific to the Japan regional business landscape.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adapt and align quality strategies with the unique cultural and business norms prevalent in the Japan region.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address specific quality considerations relevant to the Japanese market.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Possess a strong Japanese language skill in speaking, listening & writing. •Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
✓Extensive experience in quality management within the IT industry, with a focus on infrastructure services and Japan regional business.
✓Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable. • In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
✓Familiarity with Japanese business culture and regulatory requirements. •Proven expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
✓Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
