• Manage and maintain Windows server infrastructure for clients within the Japan Account ITO portfolio.

• Provide proactive monitoring and support to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Windows server environments. • Utilize strong Japanese language skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows servers, including performance issues, connectivity issues, and security vulnerabilities with client consent.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and address client-specific requirements.

• Participate in the design and implementation of new infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

• Document processes, procedures, and configurations Japanese to facilitate knowledge transfer if any and ensure consistency in service delivery.

• Act as a technical escalation point for Level 2 Team and provide solutions as needed.

• Ability to work in standby mode 24x7 with defined job rosters for any escalation raised.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Extensive experience (3 years and above) in administering Windows server environments in enterprise-level settings.

• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above) with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred.
