•Assist in the formulation of strategies, KPI and key action plans.

Assist in budget, forecasting and planning process.

Assist in analysis on the Gap between Policy, Budget and actual implementation by qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Assist in development corporate data management and analysis function to support strategy planning and decision making.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategy and provide value-added analysis.

Assist in corporate projects including drafting business proposal, reviewing financial modelling and analysis.

Assist in preparing board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board.

Assist in organizing Group and Management level meetings.

Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Finance or other suitable qualification.

✓At least 3 years of working experience in Corporate Planning or Finance.

✓Fluent in Japanese to effectively communicate and collaborate with our international team.

✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✓Proficient in Excel, Words and Power Point.

✓A dynamic individual who is highly motivated and a good team player.
