REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Experience in B to B sales, preferably in the automotive industry. (At least 1 year experience)

✓Required Japanese speaker with JLPT N1/ N2

✓Experience in management skills.

✓Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers over the phone.

✓Exploring new buyer

✓Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by company.

✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

✓Good communication skills

✓BtoB営業経験（自動車業界が望ましい。(経験1年以上）

✓日本語ネイティブレベル

✓英語　ビジネスレベル

✓マネジメント経験のある方優遇

✓コミュニケーション能力が高く、電話で効果的に顧客と関わることができる方

✓新規顧客開拓のご経験のある方

✓会社が設定した販売目標を達成し、それを上回ることのできる方。

✓スピード感のある環境の中で、単独で、またチームの一員として仕事ができること。
