Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks:

To set and execute departmental goals and strategies, collaborate with department staff to conduct market research and analysis to understand the department's strengths, weaknesses, and competitors' trends.

For the operation and management of the department's activities, manage the department's budget and personnel, and provide guidance and development to staff to ensure the smooth operation of departmental tasks.

For monitoring departmental performance, analyze the department's performance and develop and execute improvement measures towards achieving goals.

For resolving departmental challenges, identify departmental issues and consider and implement solutions.
Additionally, as a Director, you will also play a role in leading the department staff. Therefore, effective communication skills are required to enhance staff motivation and improve teamwork.
