• Assisting the department head in managing the Marketing & Asset
Management function including warehouse.
• Assist in overseeing all marketing functions related to rental of equipment.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans, promotional activities to stimulate
demands for rental services and support & guide marketing personnel to
be able to carry out their daily activities in the best efficient manner.
• Collectively mobilize all marketing staff to meet their individual and group
sales targets and personal career growth.
• Ensure collection of receivables remains good.
• Ensure compliance with policies and authorities such as SIRIM and IBFIM.
• To develop new business, conduct customer service relationship activities
and promote cross selling.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field.

✓Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Auto leasing department

✓Good command in English (written and spoken)

✓Have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.

✓Effective communicator who is capable of building strong relationships, ability to foster positive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

✓Proficient in MS Office applications
