・ Document, maintain and update the process and procedures
・ Prepare materials and conduct training for new hires, periodic refresher for agents.
・ Engage with TDA, KMA for continues improvement initiatives.
・ Receive feedback from Agents/SME and update.
・ Ensure GSD awareness and refresher training is provided to team members for in flight projects and process changes.
・ Direct the knowledge management roles and ensure compliance
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ 2-3 years or above experience as in service delivery/IT/Customer service related enviroment.
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in Training/Coaching in BPO Company.
✓ Understand MWS solution and implementation of services.
✓ Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above).
✓ Added advantage in Six Sigma certificate
