・Visitors arrangement (Customers, MC Internal visitors) & Office administration, back office (logistics, restaurant reservations, claims etc)

・Internal monthly report

・Facilitation and coordination (domestic events) relevant to LNG business i.e. golf events, Conferences, Buka Puasa etc.

・Support new business development functions (market research, communicating with potential project partner(s), making appointments, preparing meeting minutes etc., strategic analysis)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree of Bachelor
✓ Around 3 years’ business work experience
✓ MS software skills (word, excel, ppt etc)
✓ Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
✓ Able to handle on-halal items for incoming guests.
✓ Willingness to learn unfamiliar area with passion (necessary information & guidance to be provided)
✓ Proactively communicate with colleagues
✓ Willingness to build relationship with external parties
✓ Attitude to fulfill responsibility
✓ Candidate who know Japanese will be added advantage.
