・Manage administrative tasks for day-to-day recruitment and new joiner onboarding.
・Perform system maintenance and manage administrative tasks related to hiring, employee movement (promotion, demotion, lateral transfers within legal entity and inter-company transfers).
・Work closely with TA Specialist to handle inquiries from internal & external stakeholders.
・Process TA vendor invoices and ensuring timely submission for payment.
・Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in area(s) of expertise.
・Participate in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, as assigned.
・Support with report generation, as assigned.
・Assist in translation tasks when it is required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related.
✓Fluent in spoken & written Japanese. JLPT N1 or N2 qualification is a must for this role.
✓Preferably with 1 to 2 years of recruitment related work experience, supporting Japan.
✓Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
✓IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
