•• To coordinate and handle documentation of the import and export businesses for palm oils products, cacao products, sugar, dairy, and shrimp.

• To handle issuance and checking of contract, arrangement of shipping documents with suppliers and customers.

• To handle MUGEN entries and invoicing realization.

• To assist traders to smoothen the businesses.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent.

• Candidate with working experience in logistics and/or shipments is preferable.

• Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of International commercial terms (Inco-terms) for trading basic terms and condition will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.

• Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
