・To Provide promotion ideas (title, content, T&C, others), Japanese food court and more retails business, online applications.
・Promotion POSM design and printing timeline
・Planning and Organize events. Coordinate necessary arrangement with event organizer
・SMS marketing (Handle company Facebook, Instagram), reply to inquiry, comments/Complaint
・Communication & negotiation with Vender (event organizer, Printer, Tenants etc)
・Searching new media exposure according to trends and demand.
・Update company Website (Update new promotion, event, announcement, information, others)
・Communication with Mall Marketing Team (advertisement space request, event collaboration arrangement etc)
・POSM design
・Draft Announcement to tenants and distribute, explanation
・Adjustment for POS system (Create promotion button, training to Tenants)
・Monthly promotion/redemption report.
・Payment to suppliers, advertising fees
・Seek for Sponsors or Sell Cash Voucher to company and Public, Voucher preparation
・Flyer Distribution
・Promotion activities outside of Mall
・Office support

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Language: English
✓PC Knowlege
✓Good at SNS (Instagram, Facebook, Tick-Tock), many followers
✓Experience of organize events (1-2 years)
✓Creative
✓Familiar with Japanese food and Culture
