•Collaborate with the Area Manager to define annual boutique strategy and objectives.
•Monitor sales targets and implement action plans.
•Develop partnerships with concierges and intermediates.
•Implement Retail guidelines and tools.
•Build short and mid-term strategies to attract, convert, and retain new clients.
•Conduct regular market benchmarking for business opportunities.
•Provide monthly reporting to the Area Manager and propose corrective actions.
•Act as a true Ambassador of the Maison's values. Ensuring the highest level of customer service.
•Guide and support the team in sales aspects while maintaining a sales floor presence.
•Provide feedback, coaching, and close sales to achieve performance goals.
•Develop clients and prospects in the database.
•Handle customer service issues professionally, involving the Area Manager when necessary.
•Manage boutique staff, conduct evaluations, and propose career development plans.
•Implement guidelines for compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 5-7 years of managerial experience in the luxury industry.
✓Rich experience in luxury retail, specializing in High Jewellery and Arts & Culture.
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✓Results-driven with a proven ability to create exceptional client experiences for boutique success.
✓Proficient in Microsoft; SAP knowledge is a plus.
✓Passion for service and client satisfaction.
✓Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
✓Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to prospect outside the boutique.
✓Exceptional people management skills.
✓Fluent in English.
