•Create innovative visual merchandising concepts that align with Luxe Beauty Brands' brand identity and marketing objectives.
•Design and plan visual displays for retail stores, events, and promotional campaigns.
•Ensure that all visual merchandising initiatives adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
•Work closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to integrate visual merchandising with overall brand strategy.
•Track and analyze the performance of visual merchandising initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
•Provide training and guidance to junior visual merchandising team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, visual merchandising, fashion
✓merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or equivalent
✓Ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays and presentations.
✓Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all displays meet brand standards.
✓Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
✓Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
✓Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software for designing and visualizing displays.
✓Stay updated with industry trends and consumer preferences to create compelling visual experiences.
✓Proficient in Malay & English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.
