Japanese Speaking Concierge Supervisor@ Service Suite located at the heart of KL City Center

・Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

・Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

・Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times through appropriate registration

・Assit on booking of on site facilities (ie function room, meeting room)

・Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

・Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports etc

・Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manners during shift

・Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures

・Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required

・Reports to Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the front Desk/Concierge department

・電話の応対、選別、転送

・あらゆるリクエストに丁寧かつプロフェッショナルな態度で対応。

・館内施設（ファンクションルーム、会議室など）の予約アシスタント

・毎日の郵便物の受け取り、仕分け、配布。

・公園、レストラン、空港などの案内。

・シフト中、すべてのエリアがプロフェッショナルかつ清潔に保たれていることを確認。

・すべての安全およびセキュリティポリシー、プログラム、手順に従う。

・その他、必要に応じて臨機応変に業務を遂行。

・フロントデスク/コンシェルジュ部門に関するすべての運営事項をビルマネージャーへの報告。

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Speak & write fluently in Japanese

✓ Native Japanese / Malaysian who can speak Japanese – we are fine with either

✓ Prefer Graduate – Hospitality / Tourism

✓ least 2 years in any Customer Service Industry

✓ High level of communication skill and customer service skill

✓ Condominium management (Luxury Service Apartment) or Hotel experience

✓ 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

✓ マレーシア人の配偶者など就労ビザの不要な方優遇

✓ ホスピタリティ/ツーリズム学科卒業者優遇

✓ 接客業に2年以上従事した方

✓ 高いコミュニケーション能力とカスタマーサービススキル

✓ コンドミニアム管理（高級サービスアパートメント）またはホテル経験者 優遇
