・PL Creation: Creation of sales and profit plans.
・BS Creation: Creation of balance sheets.
・Cash Flow Management: Coordination and management of the company’s overall cash flow.
・Fundraising/Capital Increase in General: Using cash flow statements to carry out tasks related to fundraising and capital increase.
・Coordination/Collaboration with the Accounting Department: Third-party verification of the accounting department's tasks and mutual task follow-up.
・Audit Support: Coordination with partnered accounting firms for audits (in collaboration with the accounting department).
・Impairment Processing: Analyzing unprofitable stores and executing appropriate measures.
・Regular Reporting to the Japanese Parent Company: Reporting, coordinating, and adjusting the aforementioned tasks.
・Overall Fund Management: Ensuring the proper use of funds, such as petty cash management.
・Development and Management of Subordinate Staff (initially absent).
・Familiarity with SAP.

・ＰＬ作成：売上損益計画シートの作成
・ＢＳ作成：収支バランスシートの作成
・資金繰り管理：会社全体の資金繰りの調整及び管理
・資金調達/増資全般：資金繰表を利用してキャッシュフローや資金の調達（増資全般）の作業を実施
・会計部との連携/協働：会計部業務の第三者確認、相互で作業フォローを実施
・会計監査対応：提携会計士事務所の監査対応（会計部と協働）
・減損処理対応：不採算店舗を分析して、適切な処理を実施
・日本親会社への定期報告：上記作業を報告及び連携、調整
・その他資金に関する管理全般：小口現金の管理等、発生する金銭の適切な流用を確認する
・部下となる人材の育成と管理　※当初は不在
・SAPを使い慣れている人

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・University degree or higher (preference for majors in economics, accounting, business administration, or related fields)
・Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management
・English: Business level
・Japanese: Business level or above preferred

・大学卒業以上（経済学、会計学、ビジネス管理など関連学科専攻者優遇）
・8年以上の経理および財務管理経験。
・英語：ビジネスレベル
・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上優遇
