・System Store Implementation Work: Collaborate with the parent company and local partners to revise wiring diagrams, carry out wiring work, and perform actual tasks to get our proprietary sushi management system operational in stores. (Not as a supervisor but as an active practitioner)
・System Modification Proposals: Propose modifications or make corrections to programs that are inappropriate for the local Malaysian environment and regulations.
・Introduction and Operation of Various Systems: Act as the main point of contact for HR management systems, HR databases, comprehensive payroll systems, attendance systems, workflow systems, order management systems, and accounting systems. Minimize costs and ensure optimal implementation by closely communicating with local vendors and relevant departments.
・System Troubleshooting at Stores and Headquarters: Serve as the main contact for system issues reported by stores and employees, providing appropriate instructions to restore normal operations.
・Seat Reservation System Management: Coordinate with relevant personnel to update data in line with new store openings or irregular business hours.
・Order Panel Management: Manage order terminals in all stores by setting up product images appropriately and performing decorations, etc.
・Store and Headquarters Network Management: Manage and maintain local networks.
・Introduction of New Systems: Propose and implement new systems in collaboration with Japan to improve operations, enhance revenue efficiency, and mitigate risks.
・Purchase/Management of System Equipment: Purchase PCs, smartphones, multifunction devices, etc., at low prices and manage them appropriately while in operation.
・Procedures for Importing Equipment: Handle the procedures for importing equipment, which is often led by Japan.
・Training and Management of Subordinate Personnel: Train and manage personnel who will become subordinates. (Initially, there will be no subordinates)

☐ Not looking for a system programmer, but someone with the ability to maintain/manage/modify existing systems appropriately: Importance 100%
Note: In our IT department, we do not create new systems or programs. We use systems from Japan or purchase locally available packaged software.
☐ Experience as an in-house IT engineer in the food and service industry is highly preferred: Importance 90%
☐ Experience as an in-house IT engineer in the retail industry is preferred: Importance 80%
☐ Understand and execute logical thinking: Importance 70%
☐ Experience in fields other than IT such as "Finance/Accounting/HR/Purchasing" will increase hiring advantage: Importance 50%
