• •To provide corporate support in planning functions in the formation of Business Plans, reporting the PDCA, coordination of Townhall, promotion of the MTMP, and monthly/quarterly reporting to Asia Pacific Business Unit .

•To assist the GM/supervisor in Corporate planning division in developing and strengthening Partnership Strategy, corporate profiling, reports on analysis of political updates, economic research, including local intelligence reports.

•To explore/study/identify the new partners and/or explore existing partners for new business development considering cross divisional, corporate development and consumer centric businesses in alignment with the MTMP.

•To support information sharing and communication through active use of communications channels such as Viva Engage, MD messages.

•To improve the efficiency of business processing for the division including the creation of the divisions’ manual, utilizing the knowledge and experience gained internally/externally.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.

• Candidate's resourcefulness, extensive exposure to business networks, and knowledgeable grasp of current political dynamics and government policies will be prioritized.

• Candidates with good contacts within government authorities are preferable.

•Knowledge of presentation tools and SAP system will be considered advantageous.

• Proficient in spoken and written English is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary, and efficiency with PC tools is expected.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to working at all organizational levels.

•Demonstrates analytical thinking, ethical behavior, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.

•Exhibits responsibility and a strong sense of ownership.

• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
