・Perform duties in both the floor and kitchen at a level that sets an example for other employees.
・Oversee on-site operations.
・Educate on-site employees on the thorough implementation of company rules.
・Handle customer complaints.
・Ensure the team members to all customers are welcomed with clear-greeting and well-guiding to the seat in a courteous and polite manner.
・Guide the team with a good quality (Added-Value) service delivery to customers, outlet environment cleanliness and brightness, team members are in the proper appearance and posture in company natural.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ F&B working experience is preferred.
✓Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
✓Able to build trust and good relationship with all level people.
