・Prepare quotation to customers.

・ Providing fast feedback on status of deliveries to customers

・Secure the best selling price for the company's products.

・Arrange and plan the deliveries schedule with close liaison with Production Control Department, Production and Customers.

・Prepare sales confirmations and records and maintain purchase orders.

・Prepare purchase order for production and Material Control Department.

・Check and confirm stock with finished goods store.

・To submit sales report.

・To receive feedback and report it to the Sales Senior Manager to enable time to plan marketing strategies

・To attend to customers’ complaint and develop customer relationship (may require travelling)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor Degree or professional qualification in Business or related fields.

✓2 years experience in Sales Customer Service (B2B)

✓Working experience in Manufacturing background is an added advantage.
