Store Management:
・Oversee daily store operations and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
・Optimize inventory management, ordering, and procurement processes.
・Manage costs and efficiently handle budgeting.
Customer Service:
・Promote the delivery of excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
・Implement improvements based on customer feedback.
Human Resource Management:
・Train, evaluate, and schedule staff.
・Boost team morale and improve the working environment.
・Ensure proper labor management in accordance with labor laws.
Sanitation and Quality Control:
・Ensure strict adherence to food sanitation laws and company standards.
・Maintain the quality of sushi and guarantee safe food delivery to customers.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
・Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
・Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the headquarters.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Over 3 years of experience as a manager in a large restaurant (experience managing 30-50 people).
✓Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine chain restaurants is preferred.
✓Strong customer service skills.
✓Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
✓Able to start as soon as possible after October 1st.
