Store Development:
・Support the setup and launch of new stores from the property handover through a 2 to 6-month period.
・Manage projects for the opening of new stores.
・Supervise store design, layout, and equipment installation.
・Develop and implement store strategies tailored to the needs of the local market.

System Development and Standardization:
・Create and implement standard operating procedures for store management.
・Share best practices to maximize operational efficiency across multiple stores.
・Design and implement continuous training programs for store staff.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:
・Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
・Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to headquarters.
・Evaluate and report on the sales and performance of new stores.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidates with experience in launching new restaurant.
✓Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine chain restaurants is preferred.
✓Strong customer service skills.
✓Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
✓Able to start as soon as possible after October 1st.
