In charge of IT planning (Budgeting and governance)

1. Correspond with external parties for related IT matters (Head Office, Regional Head Office, Auditor, Compliance, Vendor and end user)
2. Plan and monitor overall IT investment budget and expenses
3. Ensure to comply IT administrative procedures, policy and guideline
4. Plan and develop mid-term IT roadmap and risk governance to support bank strategy, business growth and stable operation
5. Responsible of system trouble reporting and support the implementation of resolution and preventive measurement for system trouble
6. Formulate Disaster Recovery Plan and collaborate with Operations Planning on Business Continuity Plan
7. Preparation or Management of IT Committee Meeting and board of director meeting material
8. Vendor outsourcing assessment
9. Project Coordinator / Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate who has 3 to 4 years related working experience is preferable

✓ Fast Leaner and able to adapt to fast pace working environment

✓ Possess good working attitude
