b) Responsible for establishing information together with monthly sales, profit &
loss report and advise management in financial matters.
c) Liaise with company auditors pertaining to annual accounts and financial
audit.
d) Liaise with statutory bodies related to income taxes and related financial
matters.
e) Monitoring utilization on banking facilities such as banker acceptances, bank
guarantees,letter of credit and overdraft and the respective entries in the books
of accounts.
f) Monitoring of cash flow control and banking accounts, including
documentation for letter of credit, bank guarantee etc.
g) In charge of debtors and creditors control.
h) Data entry and print out monthly report.
i) Arrangement of all payments due.
j) Preparation for the monthly payroll.
k) Take charge of safe box and petty cash.
l) Keep records of fixed assets registration and depreciation.
m) Renewal of company vehicle road tax and insurance.
n) Reply confirmation of balance due to us by debtors requested by their
auditors.
o) Print statement of accounts and debtors age analysis.
p) Conduct monthly stock check in the absent of the Account Assistant.
q) Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management
System and shall:
• ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001;
• ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
• report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
• ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization;
and
• ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum Advance Diploma

Computer literate

Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field inclusive; auditing, financial control and taxation.

Understanding some custom regulations.
