・To conduct sourcing and purchasing of foods from Japan, China, Thailand

・To schedule delivery and shipment

・Communication with forwarder

・To deal and liaise with vendors on quality, delivery and cost

・Process and prepare Purchase Order, Vendor Evaluation & other related documents

・All others tasks as assigned by Superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin (both written and spoken)

✓ at least 2- 3 years working experiences in procurement (prefer food industry)

✓ Knowledge import documentation

✓ Interested in Japanese foods

✓ Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel

✓ Can work independently with minimum supervision

✓ Good personality and excellent communication skill

✓ Good at detail checking
