・Assist in identifying potential new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

・Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations on renewable energy solutions

・Assist senior team members in managing procurement activities, including sourcing and contracting of materials and services

・Collaborate with global branches and stakeholders to gather information, understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

・Learn to maintain cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services in line with project goals.

・Provide support in developing procurement strategies that align with project objectives and sustainability goals

・Assist in tracking and monitoring project expenses, ensuring within budget

・Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance against targets

・Support supplier evaluations and quality checks to ensure compliance with agreements and standards

・Keep updated on renewable energy trends and regulations affecting procurement and sales activities

・Ensure the Company complies with the related laws and regulations on renewable energy

・Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the team leader or management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Renewable Energy Management / Environmental Science / Energy related Engineering or any related field relevant to renewable energy or sustainability

✓ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

✓ Exposure to basic understanding of the renewable energy industry/technologies (solar, wind, hydro or energy storage) is an added advantage

✓ Possess some basic knowledge of procurement processes and contract management, ideally in renewable energy or related industries

✓ Passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn

✓ Result oriented, dynamic personality, good follow through and possess good organisational skills

✓ Self-motivated with a positive mindset and the ability to work well under guidance and deadlines

✓ Good communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate with team members and clients

✓ Good written and verbal language skill in English and Bahasa Melayu; and ability to converse in Japanese or Mandarin is an added advantage

✓ Proficiency in computer skills including Ms Office
