・Driving the company's marketing efforts, with additional responsibilities in event management.

・Strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, and support agent engagement

・Ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company’s goals, overseeing digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis, while also supporting event-related marketing activities

・Managing marketing projects, supporting event execution, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless delivery of marketing and event strategies

・Overseeing team members, managing budgets, and optimizing marketing and event outcomes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management , Digital Marketing, Advertising, Public Relationship or a related field.

✓Proficiency in Microsoft & design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) or video editing tools

✓Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems

✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset

✓2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in campaign management, content marketing, and event management.
