・Conduct online consultations to understand their needs and study goals, and provide tailored recommendations.
・Accompany clients on school visits and necessary procedures within Malaysia.
・Introduce and advise on international schools in Malaysia, assisting families in selecting the most suitable school.
・Support the visa application process, including guidance on required documentation and procedures.
・Assist with school enrollment procedures, including preparation and submission of necessary documents.
・Offer continuous support to ensure a smooth transition and a comfortable study abroad experience for both parents and children.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Japanese level is required above JLPT N2.
✓Fresh graduate is also considerable.
✓Strong empathy and customer service skills to address families' concerns and questions.
