◆Public Relationship

・Management of Personal information and numbers in public relations

・To develop PR campaigns and media relations strategy

・To implement and monitor evaluating communications strategy in order to support the communication objectives

・Maximize positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

・To create media, from Press release to social media messages.

・To increase awareness of the company's brand /Business)

・To organize PR events (e.g.Open Day, Press conferences)

・To address all inquires from media and other

◆Marketing　

・To process all enrollments procedure

・To plan and handle management of recruitment events

・ Recruiting new students' application and consultation-to listen to the applicant/client/Parents's complaints properly before suggesting advice

・Interaction and handing with vender

・SNS Management

◆Administrative Duties

・To be able to send new invoices and create important documentation

・Compiling & creating the data including student records (Admin + Finance) Before passing it into different department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree or diploma and above.(Media, Marketing)

✓ Excellent communication skills, Good PR writing and Press release (English & Chinese)

✓ Prefer more than 2 years similar role experience

✓ Japanese Language skills are added advantage

✓ Good at SNS marketing, design skills

✓ Fresh graduate my apply,

✓ Proficient in basic computer operations.

✓ Driving License, prefer with own Trasport (may use company car for business purpose)
