・Customer support for Japanese tenants (residential properties only) in Singapore and Malaysia.
　Collaborate with a team of 4, including sales representatives in Singapore and Japan, to assist clients.
・Respond to inquiries from tenants, coordinate with property owners, arrange contractors, and provide estimates.
・Conduct property inspections and take photos, primarily around Kuala Lumpur.
・Input, update, and maintain property data.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓JLPT N2 or higher
✓Experience in hospitality or customer support is preferred
✓Self-motivated and proactive in work
