・Root cause analysis, resolve quality issue & till closure with proper documentation

・Communicate with China Factory & Malaysia Client

・To understand client's requitement, inform Factory (Connector, Cable Mini LED)

・Translation China factory & Malaysia Client

・Take action for client claims until dissolve.

・Involved new model products, support factory, check client specification, sample coordination with factory

・Testing equipment, statistical methods, control plans of QA

・Client visitation with in Malaysia 1time /2month

・Factory visitation 3tims /year (CHINA)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Auto Cad operation skills for 2D & 3D drawing is a preferable. (Just drawing confirmation, viewing etc)

✓prefer 2-5 years similar

✓ Able to deal effectively with internal and external parties

✓ Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

✓ Knowledge of testing equipment, statistical methods, control plans of QA for electronics
manufacturing is an advantage

✓ Knowledge is ISO & TS is an advantage

✓ Knowledge in printed circuit board, Connector and Flec cable is an advantage

✓Diploma and above, Mechanical or Electrical

✓Own Trasport
