Provides support to internal and external customers in using Tubular Digital Centre (TDC) solution effectively. CSM forms a direct relationship with Business Unit (BU) users and provide them with timely value propositions. This helps the Business Unit to grow and achieve goals using the designed TDC solution while simultaneously strengthening quality of delivery.
◆BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS – 40%
• Deep understanding on core Business Unit’s processes in delivering day to day inventory operation to customer.
• Ability to provide tangible recommendation in the continuous improvement space for functionality related to TDC services and offerings to Business Unit stakeholders.
• Business stakeholders’ expectation is met and well managed.
◆PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 30%
• On time and on budget delivery for Business Unit specific enhancements and projects.
• Communication is delivered to a high standard and in timely manner.
• Feedback from stakeholders on communication and effectiveness is positive.
◆COACHING AND PRESENTATION – 15%
• Business Unit users are competence in using TDC systems to its fullest capability.
• Business Unit users are able to use TDC systems to deliver the best optimal business outcome.
• External customers are well aware of MI digital capability and its value proposition.
◆OPERATION ESCALATION – 10%
• Business Units are satisfied with TDC operation support.
• Timely incident resolution to avoid major incident outage in Business Unit operation.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar.
• Valid Working Rights in MI Business Unit location e.g Kuala Lumpur.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong stakeholder management
• Critical thinking at solving issues, both internally and externally.
• Experience using industry recognised solution delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Strong presentation skill
• Strong networking skill
