・Communication with Accountant office (out sauce)
・Prepare invoice, Quotation
・Handle e-invoice
・Banking Matter (Payment, fund transfer)
・Processing expenses (Medical Claims, Parking Claims, Petrol etc)
・Reporting
・TAX, statuary payment
・Communcation with Accounting Agent and provide necessary documents monthly
・Handle Audit (Provide information)
・New products data input in SQL

■Admin
・Company asset management
・Arrangement for company event
・Document arrangement

HR
・Set up internal HR rule, (employment T & C, commission scheme, Staff evaluation system etc)
・Pay role
・Staff claims
・Handling Visa for Expatriate

■IT
・PC set up for staff
・E-mail address setting
・In case of System problem report to vender

■Sales Support ( be reduced in future )
・Prepare necessary documents for sales (DO, PO)
・Data input to system
・Create Sales support manual to hand over to new staff in future

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years' experience similar position

✓Familiar with SQL (Must)

✓Familiar with employment Act

✓PL

✓Language: English, Malay & Mandalin

✓Multi-tasking, Able to work independently

✓Good interpersonal skill, A person who can provide concise answers.

✓Interested Japanese Food

✓Self-motivated

✓Who can join in Mar 2025

✓Prefer experience of startup company or Experience Japanese company
