Reports to the Managing Director, and responsible for leading the MO team and managing the effective and efficient operations of Management Office Dept. The roles include overseeing HR management and operations, Office Administration, Expatriates Management, Corporate Affairs & Governance/Compliance and Corporate Secretarial Matters, and any other roles under the purview of MO Dept.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management & Operations:
 Oversee and manage the operations of HR, which include Compensation & Benefits, Labor Management & HR policies, Recruitment & Training, Staff Welfare & Engagement, Payroll (Expatriate and Local Employees), Performance Appraisal and Promotion processes;
 Ensuring compliance with Company HR policies and related HR, Tax and safety legislations and regulations;
 HR operations include overseeing management of outsourced staff, service contract staff and staff under agreements with Group of Companies.

2. Office Administration:
 Oversee and manage the office operations, which include:
 Administration of office utilities, fixed assets, office facilities & equipment, communications equipment, visitors arrangements, purchases for office needs, company car and drivers operations;
 IT management and Liaison with IT Vendors;
 Management of staff applications and claims such as expenses, entertainment, ordinary expenses, and business trips; and Arrangements for staff business trips;

3. Expatriate Management:
 Managing the Visa Application/Termination for Expatriates and their Dependents – this includes liaison with the Agent, handling all related documents/agreements;
 Liaison with the Tax Agent for the registration, submission and submission and filing of tax returns and tax forms;
 Any other assistance required by Expatriates.

4. Corporate Affairs & Governance/Compliance & Others:
 Review processes, plan changes and ensure compliance with the corporate policies and regulations, SOPs, and Group processes and policies;
 Liaison and coordination on Corporate Secretarial documents and approvals related to decisions requiring Board and Shareholder’s approval.
 Management of any other matters under the purview of Management Offce

5. Staff and External Engagement:
 Improvement of the working environment and culture of the company through developing and/or reviewing company system and employee social gatherings.
 Networking with important external stakeholders to the business of DGH. This task may include lunch, dinner or business trips.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor Degree
✓More than 10 years of HR experience, more than 5 years of managerial post experience
✓Well versed with Corporate Affairs & Governance/Compliance
✓Experienced in strategy planning, budget planning.
