A. Marketing Planning & Strategy:
1. Create, Plan and ensure implementation of the go-to-market product marketing strategy.
2. Define product value propositions and product positioning.
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
4. Establish KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
5. Optimize marketing spend and improve return on investment (ROI).
6. Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
7. Lead, train and mentor the marketing team.

B. Lead Generation & Acquisition:
1. Lead sales marketing campaigns to attract new partnerships for unit growth.
2. Accepts clients queries & complaints and coordinates handling with departments concerned.
3. Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns and other initiatives
4. Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversions.
5. Optimize lead generation funnels for loan applications and approvals.
6. Leverage partnerships and referral programs to expand the customer base.
7. Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns through all forms of marketing campaigns
8. Implement loyalty programs, personalized offers, and customer education initiatives.
9. Monitor customer feedback and improve customer experience across all touchpoints.
10. Focusing on achievement of set target metrics, growth margin percentage

C. Digital & Ground Campaign:
1. Oversee digital marketing, social media, and ground marketing
2. Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across various channels and communications.
3. Take the lead in developing promotional and all marketing strategies.
4. Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
5. Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
6. Oversee offline marketing, such as TV, radio, events, and print media.
7. Utilize AI and automation tools for personalized marketing campaigns.
8. Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial regulations and advertising laws.
9. Manage public relations and crisis communication strategies.
10. Maintain transparency in advertising and build consumer trust in loan products.
11. Plans and coordinates sponsorship activities.

D. Media, PR & Branding:
1. Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities.
2. Acts as Company's liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity in order to maintain the prestigious image of the company
3. Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases.
4. Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media.
5. Establishes a programme for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
6. Drive brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
7. Manage corporate communications and public relations efforts.
8. Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure.
9. Collaborate with financial institutions, fintech platforms, and digital payment providers whenever required.
10. Explore co-marketing opportunities with relevant industry players.
11. Develop partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.

E. Reporting:
1. Analyzing sales data and market performance to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing efforts.
2. Develop CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and repeat borrowing.
3. Oversee research and analysis regarding existing marketing data to improve strategic business decisions.
4. Leverage data analytics to enhance customer experience and personalization.
5. Track and measure marketing success through data-driven insights.
6. Oversee market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

✓ 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

✓ Proven track record in brand strategy and revenue growth.

✓ Proven success in the financial services, fintech, or money lending industry is preferred.

✓ Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

✓. Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, lead & customer acquisition.

✓. Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and performance marketing strategies.

✓. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✓. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

✓. Willingness to go an extra mile, as this is a start up company and requires a tad bit more effort to get things done
