・PL Creation: Prepare sales and profit/loss planning sheets.
・BS Creation: Prepare balance sheets for financial management.
・Cash Flow Management: Adjust and manage the overall company cash flow.
・Fundraising / Capital Increase: Utilize cash flow statements to manage cash flow and execute fundraising (including capital increase).
・Collaboration with Accounting Department: Conduct third-party reviews of accounting tasks and provide mutual support.
・Audit Support: Work with the affiliated accounting firm to support audits in collaboration with the accounting department.
・Impairment Processing: Analyze unprofitable stores and execute appropriate impairment processing.
・Regular Reporting to the Japanese Parent Company: Report, coordinate, and adjust the above activities.
・General Financial Management: Ensure the appropriate handling of petty cash and other financial transactions.
・Training and Management of Subordinates: Develop and manage future team members (initially, no direct reports).
・SAP Experience: Proficiency in SAP is required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・University degree or higher (preference for majors in economics, accounting, business administration, or related fields)
・Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management
・Having experience in F&B industry
・English: Business level
・Japanese: Business level or above preferred
