          • Lead the offshore team to achieve IT project objectives. 
• Oversee the successful delivery of services and deliverables as agreed and documented in the Project Statement of Work and contract. 
• Ensure all project components come together to deliver according to the Project Statement of Work. 
• Work with project resources, program resources (as appropriate), leaders, and clients to achieve the committed results for both company and the client. 
• Lead and be accountable for successful client expectation management, project planning, resource management, financial management, risk management, contract governance, and compliance to standards. 
• Identifying areas for improvement within the project and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project success. This involves analyzing project performance, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes          
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
            •Bachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences. 
• 5 ~ 8+ years’ experience in managing IT projects involving IT infrastructure services support, system development, operations monitoring and end user support. 
• Professional certification in PMP/ PRINCE2/Agile Scrum/ITIL4, etc. 
• Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1 or BJT J2 (advantage) 
• Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained. 
• Excellent communication and team environment. customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative 
• Independent and able to work with less or no supervision 
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment 
• Work flexibly based on business requirement
