・Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
・Manage incoming calls, redirect appropriately, and relay messages promptly
・Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes/badges as required
・Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
・Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation and filing
・Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier deliveries
・Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; place orders and restock proactively
・Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
・Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is an added advantage
✓1 – 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✓Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu
✓Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
✓Friendly, professional and customer-oriented demeanor
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
✓High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
✓Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
