・Provide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure especially in network support
・Apply expert technical knowledge to administer one or more technology areas in system design, build and administration, security, performance and availability management.
・A broad understanding of the latest developments in technologies, industry specific issues, competitor and vendor activity and initiatives.
・Integrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customers.
・Contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation.
・Understand a customer's complex organizational structure and support processes, with multiple regions, countries, sites, contact points, processes, people, cultures, etc.
・Ability to become proficient in new technologies and business applications.
・Provide training and documentation on area of expertise and new technology.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓3-5 years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support.
✓Professional certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Aruba, Check Point, Fortinet, Zscaler, Azure, AWS or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
✓Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT N2 or BJT J2 (advantage).
✓Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained.
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
✓Independent and able to work with less or no supervision
✓Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment
✓Work flexibly based on business requirement
