・Serve as an interpreter (Japanese–English–Malay) during meetings, business discussions, and internal communications

・Translate documents and correspondence as needed

・Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements

・Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

・Communicate and liaise with internal departments and external partners

・Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

・Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

・Support occasional personal tasks and ad hoc requests

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Fluency in Japanese, English, and Malay (spoken and written) is required

✓Experience in interpretation and translation (formal or informal)

✓Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

✓Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✓High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
