Responsible for managing the end-to-end import process of private-label products (cosmetics, supplements, medical supplies, and food) from Japan, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
Handle product registration with FDA and MDA.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation for Malaysian regulatory requirements.
Ensure all products meet safety, labeling, and certification standards.
Import Operations:
Coordinate imports from suppliers to warehouse.
Manage shipping timelines and resolve any logistical issues.
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs for smooth clearance.
Documentation & Payment:
Prepare and manage import documentation (invoices, shipping, customs forms).
Ensure accurate paperwork for clearance and coordinate timely payments.
Order & Inventory Management:
Handle purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment
Ensure proper stock levels and product availability in warehouse.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓3–5 years’ experience in import operations (cosmetics, daily goods, food)
✓Knowledge of import procedures, customs documentation & Incoterms
✓Familiar with FDA submission and licensing processes for cosmetics in Malaysia
✓Understanding of local regulations for imported consumer products
✓Proficient in English (spoken & written) and basic office tools (Excel, email)
✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
